• You are our product visionary: You play a leading role in our platform product team, working closely with our C-level and reporting directly to our co-founder/CPO, giving you direct influence on strategic product development.
• You are our platform captain: You take responsibility for the direction, management and further development of our platform and steer it confidently through the complex requirements of the market.
• You are our requirements collector: you actively gather the most important requirements from our German and English-speaking employees and our packaging suppliers and use them to create a targeted product roadmap that inspires all stakeholders.
• You are our solution architect: You develop creative and innovative solutions from the collected requirements and define precise tasks for our team of software engineers who turn complex ideas into working code.
• You are our synergy expert: You work closely with the Product Lead of our SaaS solution Packa and find clever ways to integrate our two independent products more closely and utilize valuable synergies that offer our customers even more added value.
• You are our balance master: You always find the right balance between outstanding user experience and powerful features and ensure that our platform is both user-friendly and technically superior.

• You are our product veteran: You have at least 4 years of experience in the development of digital products, ideally in a product-oriented B2B environment, and therefore have the necessary know-how to master complex product challenges with confidence.
• You are our language talent: you are business fluent in German and fluent in English, which means you can easily communicate between different stakeholders.
• You understand the needs of users and suppliers intuitively and use this to develop innovative, practical solutions that solve real problems and create sustainable added value.
• You are our roadmap designer: You create a clear product roadmap with strategic vision and can precisely define tasks for the development team so that abstract visions become concrete, realizable steps.
• You are our detail master: You are detail-oriented, understand complex business processes in depth and find the right balance between user experience and functionality without losing sight of the big picture.
• You are our hands-on strategist: You are a strategic thinker and hands-on at the same time, you continuously bring in new ideas and are willing to work several days a week in the Berlin office to work closely with the team and achieve great things together.
