Responsibilities:

• You record, process, and manage customer orders from order entry to delivery.
• You are responsible for the worldwide shipping process.
• You work closely with the interfaces of purchasing, sales, shipping, and production to ensure that deadlines are met.
• You are responsible for communication with colleagues, customers, transport service providers, shipping companies, and external export offices.
• You will prepare the necessary customs documents and certificates.
• You process customs and export formalities and handle them.
• You are responsible for processing complaints and support with administrative activities.

Qualifications:

• Completed commercial education.
• First professional experience in the field of export and freight forwarding.
• Knowledge of international payment and delivery terms.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Experienced in handling common MS Office applications as well as first experiences with ERP systems.
• Ability to work in a team, on own initiative, and structured way of working.
• High degree of customer and service orientation.
