Job description

Tasks

  • System architecture and management of Ground Support Equipment (GSE) for helicopters
  • Creation of technical specifications for ground functions and ground service equipment
  • Coordination of development steps and contribution to project milestones
  • Alignment of technical content with internal and external stakeholders
  • Definition, testing, and qualification of ground functions, tools and procedures
  • Monitoring of external activities with suppliers and service providers
  • Validation of tools and processes (e.g. using Virtual / Augmented Reality) regarding safety and usability
  • Active collaboration across departments in interdisciplinary project teams

Requirements

  • Completed degree in mechanical engineering, engineering or comparable course of study
  • ALTERNATIVE: completed vocational training with further training as a technician and corresponding experience
  • Several years of professional experience in engineering, especially in the areas of design engineering, mechanics and jigs & tools
  • First experience in project management
  • Application knowledge in SAP as well as CATIA V5 knowledge
  • Business fluent in German and English (min. C1)
  • CV in English required
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
