Salary: £3000-£4000 Per Month, Full-time

  • Responsible for fulfilling L1/L2 Incidents/Service Requests tickets assigned to the site support group.
  • Serve as the 2nd level technical focal point for client infrastructure and desktop requests.
  • Manage security, server, network, peripheral, and associated infrastructure.
  • Follow Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) standards and best practices under the guidance of the ITSM organization.
  • Participate in IT project coordination.
  • Maintain and perform required reporting, inventory management, and documentation for site support.
  • Support active/passive network components.
  • Support industrial systems such as laboratory, analysis, high-bay rack, and scale systems.
  • Training will be provided and expenses covered by the customer.
  • Manage service providers and outsourced resources.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, project teams, and external companies.
  • Manage hardware lifecycle, including provisioning and de-provisioning.
  • Troubleshoot issues in Windows clients, servers, Office 365, AD, Teams, Azure, Mobile devices, and site multi-function printers/equipment.
  • Organize and coordinate company events/trips requiring IT site support.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT support and administration.
  • Ability to fulfill, resolve, and troubleshoot incidents and service requests.
  • Maintain adherence to global IT support operational processes.
  • Experience delivering high levels of customer support and focus.
  • Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and Office 365.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Structured approach to technical issues.
  • High customer and service orientation.
  • Self-motivated, independent, proactive, and collaborative.
  • Fluent in local language and English.
