Your areas of responsibilities :

• Act as the primary internal point of contact for tax-related inquiries
• Implement and maintain an internal control system to ensure compliance with tax regulations
• Review existing policies and processes to ensure adherence to tax compliance standards
• Develop and deliver internal training sessions and workshops on tax-related topics
• Support the preparation and submission of tax returns and filings
• Provide tax expertise and guidance in company projects
• Participation within branch office related projects from an accounting & tax perspective to safeguard compliance to country requirements

Your profile of qualifications :

• Completed (university) studies in the field of Finance & Accounting or comparable qualification (e.g. certified accountant)
• Preferably previous work experience within international company groups and internal control systems
• Profound knowledge of accounting according to HGB / IFRS
• Excellent understanding of Tax Accounting and Compliance requirements
• Knowledge of SAP and MS Office is beneficial
• Attitude towards continuous improvement as well as analytical and structured thinking
• A high degree of independence, diligence and quality awareness
• Very good knowledge of German, English and the ability to work in an international team
