Jobtitel : Regional Deployment Project Manager (m / w / d)

Fulltime : 40 hours

Contract : fixed- term (1 year)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional / Market Change Lead to support the rollout of our Action Center across key European markets including Benelux, Italy, Iberia, Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany, and France . This role is pivotal in ensuring a smooth, consistent, and aligned deployment across the region.

  • Deployment Planning : Develop and lead market-specific rollout plans, define milestones, and manage resources.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with global, regional, and local teams to ensure effective implementation and adoption.
  • Communication : Serve as the main point of contact for deployment updates, challenges, and reporting.
  • Training & Support : Lead training sessions and provide hands-on support during virtual classroom sessions and deployment phases.
  • Monitoring & Reporting : Track progress using tools like Tableau, provide feedback, and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Risk Management : Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and maintain contingency plans.
  • Continuous Improvement : Gather feedback and implement enhancements to the deployment process.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Experience in project or change management within a multinational environment
  • Good stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  • Willingness to travel within the EU if required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in Automotive
  • Familiarity with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
  • Knowledge of additional European languages is a plus
  • Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Tableau, reporting dashboards)
  • Ability to lead training sessions and support virtual learning environments
  • Problem-solving and risk management capabilities
