Our software development team at our locations in Lingen (Ems) or Osnabrück is looking for a Software Developer C++ (all genders welcome). We focus on processing and analyzing pipeline inspection data—transforming raw sensor data into meaningful representations that can be evaluated and further processed. As a new team member, you’ll receive comprehensive support to quickly get up to speed in this exciting and challenging field.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality, high-performance, cross-platform software solutions for processing inspection data.
• Write C++ code in an environment that embraces modern practices and features, and makes extensive use of the standard library.
• Optimize and parallelize distributed algorithms, often using libraries like TBB, IPP, and OpenCV.
• Integrate algorithms into distributed systems such as Dask.
• Write unit, integration, and API tests to ensure software quality and prevent regressions.

What you will bring

• A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or extensive professional experience.
• Practical experience working with C++ on performance-constrained tasks.
• Ability to design maintainable solutions to complex problems.
• Experience with Python and various operating systems is a plus.
• A high degree of initiative, commitment, and team spirit.
• Advanced knowledge of German and English (spoken and written).
