Position: Integration / Service Manager

Location: Bremen, Germany

Type: Full-time

Tasks:

  1. Support the ISS manager in preparing ISS contracts in coordination with the project.
  2. Ensure compliance with costs, quality, and deadlines.
  3. Plan and control UAN.
  4. Coordinate interfaces with national and international project partners.
  5. Create and maintain complex database applications.
  6. Assist in developing innovative maintenance and operation concepts for military and civilian clients, domestically and abroad.
  7. Support the development during the design phase.
  8. Participate in system acceptance.
  9. Conduct customer training.
  10. Assist in preparing quotations related to integration, maintenance, and operation.
  11. Support calculations and concept development for integration, installation, and commissioning, including technical and logistical support for projects.
  12. Help in planning and preparing after-sales service offers.

Requirements:

  • State-certified technician or technical training with additional qualifications and several years of experience.
  • Initial experience in service/integration in a comparable industry.
  • Good knowledge of software and hardware integration, as well as training and operating concepts.
  • Proficiency in SAP applications.
  • Experience in project work.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • High intercultural competence and willingness to work internationally.
  • Goal-oriented, independent, assertive work style.
  • Team-oriented attitude.
  • Confident demeanor.
  • Willingness to travel worldwide.
