What They’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of AE experience in B2B SaaS
  • Fluent in German, with experience in the DACH mid-market (Mittelstand)
  • Familiarity with logistics, warehousing, or production operations
  • OTE €140–150K (up to €170K for top performers)
  • Uncapped commissions with kicker incentives
