Job Description:

As a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) for the market, you will manage our French and international customers, serving as an ambassador for the French-speaking logistics environment within TIMOCOM. Your role involves managing existing clients from France, developing the market, and guiding key customers to the right solutions within our platform. You will work closely with internal teams and participate in trade fairs, conferences, and events.

  • Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer retention using KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams throughout the customer journey.
  • Create presentations, proposals, and framework agreements.
  • Conduct annual meetings with top clients independently.
  • Represent the company at industry events.

Qualifications:

  • Several years of sales or key account management experience in logistics.
  • Degree in marketing, sales, logistics, or a comparable qualification preferred.
  • Strong market knowledge of the French logistics sector.
  • Fluent French and very good English skills.
  • Independent, communicative, customer-oriented work style with excellent analytical skills.
  • Willingness to travel within France and hold a Class B driving license.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with MS Dynamics or MS Power BI is a plus.
