About Us
The Quality and Safety in Imaging GmbH (QSI) is an affiliate of the European Society of Radiology (ESR), representing the medical specialty of radiology in Europe. We organize the European Congress of Radiology (ECR) and support ESR’s guidelines, eHealth tools, and clinical IT solutions. Our current focus is on ESR’s imaging referral guidelines integrated into the ESR iGuide clinical decision support platform.
What We Are Looking For
QSI seeks an individual to manage clinical IT projects, working with our international clients to implement and support our clinical decision support software (CDS) for radiology referrals, primarily in hospital settings. The role requires managing complex projects, effective communication with clients and partners across Europe, and strong IT skills. The candidate should be able to work independently, deliver results with minimal oversight, and support company growth.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers in the EMEA region.
- Develop and manage implementation plans and timelines with clients.
- Customize product configurations to meet customer needs.
- Identify and resolve issues during implementation.
- Manage clinical IT implementation projects independently over time.
- Collaborate with product development and sales teams to meet customer needs.
- Contribute to improving implementation tools and processes.
- Provide administrative support to management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency with Excel, content management systems, and databases.
- Experience in project management.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing complex, multidisciplinary projects.
- Background in healthcare IT, especially electronic patient records or hospital information systems.
- Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

The salary range for this full-time (38.5 hours/week) position is €3,016.00 to €3,500.00 gross per month, paid 14 times annually.
