SAP Specialist

Note : We are looking for candidates who are all located in Germany.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead or support implementation and support activities in SAP EWM on S / 4HANA platform.
• Configure and enhance Inbound, Outbound, Internal Warehouse, and Cross-docking processes .
• Design and manage EWM integration with SAP MM, SD, PP , and external systems like MES using IDOCs, RFCs , and other interfaces.
• Work with custom reports, workflows , and provide technical / functional insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze warehouse process requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Work with Focus Build , ChaRM , and ServiceNow (SNOW) for change management and incident handling.
• Support testing cycles (SIT, UAT), documentation, training, and go-live activities.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver timely resolutions.

Required Skills & Experience :

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP EWM configuration and support (preferably on S / 4HANA ).
• In-depth knowledge of end-to-end warehouse processes – Inbound, Outbound, Putaway, Picking, Packing, Shipping, and Inventory Management.
• Experience with IDOCs , BAPIs , RFCs , Workflows , and custom report development.
• Familiarity with MES system integration and third-party logistics interfaces.
• Good knowledge of EWM integration with MM, PP, SD modules.
• Awareness of Solution Manager tools – Focused Build, ChaRM.
• Working knowledge of ITSM tools like ServiceNow for incident / change tracking.
