Your ToDos

1. Transform agile startup structures into a scalable, performance-oriented controlling environment.
2. Develop controlling into a proactive management tool focusing on sales potential, profit optimization, and operational KPIs.
3. Establish and further develop a management information system for various corporate divisions, from the executive level to value streams.
4. Create short- and medium-term cash flow forecasts and conduct regular target-actual comparisons.
5. Prepare margin and cost analyses and derive concrete recommendations for action.
6. Continuously identify financial and operational optimization potential and implement improvements.
7. Establish controlling standards and processes for our international subsidiaries, especially focusing on the growing Spanish market.

Your Skills

1. 2 to 3 years of professional experience in controlling, finance, or a related field.
2. Confident communication in English and Spanish (German is a plus).
3. Experience working in dynamic, high-growth environments with changing structures.
4. Experience in setting up new processes and systems, and developing solutions using modern tools such as BI or AI.
5. Ideally, experience in an international or software-based business model.
6. Detail-oriented, reliable, proactive, with a high standard of accuracy and impact.
7. Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under stress.
8. Potential to represent the Director of Finance or relieve their workload.
9. High interpersonal skills and result-oriented approach.
10. Independent and proactive working style.
