Location : Nuremberg, Germany - Hybrid (4 days in the office)

They’ve built a proprietary voice assistant technology powered by AI and deep learning that’s already transforming customer service in sectors like healthcare and gastronomy.

The Role

They are seeking a Senior Frontend Developer to help evolve and elevate their customer-facing platform. You’ll play a vital role in developing new features, refining the user interface, and ensuring the entire frontend experience is seamless, responsive, and engaging.

As part of a highly collaborative product team, you’ll shape the way users interact with complex AI-driven solutions - balancing innovation with clean, scalable code.

Responsibilities :

• Develop new features that enhance the user experience and push the platform forward
• Optimise existing frontend code for usability, performance, and code quality
• Continuously modernise and evolve the frontend stack to align with current technologies
• Design and implement intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that align with product goals
• Build prototypes and refine solutions based on user feedback and usability testing
• Work closely with UX designers and cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life

Qualifications Required :

• Degree in Computer Science or a comparable technical field
• Several years of professional experience as a frontend developer
• Strong hands-on experience with Angular and TypeScript
• Ideally, experience with Tailwind CSS
• Experience collaborating with UX / UI designers and translating design into functional code
• A solid understanding of UX principles and user centred design

What Success Looks Like......

Within 3 months : You’ve gained a clear understanding of the frontend architecture, established strong communication with designers and developers, and have begun contributing to new feature development.

Within 6 months : You’ve delivered well-structured, scalable components and improved performance and UX across key user journeys. Your work has started to impact customer satisfaction and platform usability.

Within 12 months : You’re a central figure in the frontend development team, leading improvements in architecture, design consistency, and frontend innovation across the platform.
