Senior Software Engineer (All Genders)

As part of the Emerging Propositions team you will be involved in exciting projects that primarily focus on our special customers' experience like the beauty and designer domain.

WHAT WE'D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

1. Develop high-quality and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications using modern frontend frameworks such as React for web and React Native for mobile apps.
2. Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing interfaces that meet user needs and brand guidelines.
3. Work closely with product managers and backend engineers to integrate frontend components with backend APIs and databases.
4. Ensure the client applications are optimized for speed and performance, including minimizing load times and maximizing interactivity.
5. Write clean, modular, and maintainable code that can be easily understood and modified by other team members.
6. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies and trends and bring new ideas and solutions to the team.
8. Ensure the client applications are accessible to all users, including those with disabilities.
9. Test and debug frontend components to identify and fix issues that arise during development.
10. Document technical specifications and provide support to other team members as needed.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

1. Experience with modern frontend frameworks React and React Native.
2. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
4. Experience with version control tools such as Git.
5. Commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement.

Nice to have:

1. Experience with server-side rendering (SSR).
2. Familiarity with backend technologies such as APIs and databases.
3. Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) principles.
4. Familiarity with design tools such as Figma.
5. Willingness to mentor and guide junior team members.
6. Knowledge of web analytics tools and methodologies.
7. Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.
