In an international research project funded by the BMFTR, the following topics will be addressed:
The successful applicant is expected to participate actively in the research and teaching activities of the chair. The chair offers a team-oriented, motivating work atmosphere, allowing concentration on challenging research questions.
The positions are based on full-time work contracts initially limited to three years. Remuneration is according to the Tarifvertrag für den Öffentlichen Dienst (TVöD).
Applicants should have an excellent Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Informatics, with solid knowledge in communication networks suitable for research in the above areas.
Candidates are expected to have very good communication skills in English and possibly in German, as well as solid programming skills. Enthusiasm, the desire to obtain a PhD degree, creativity, and team orientation are essential.
