Chief Technology Officer

CTO | Development, Technology, Digital | Berlin

We are seeking a CTO with solid technical expertise and previous team leadership experience for an industry-leading tech company in Berlin. The company strives to provide clients with the best possible platform and requires a strong leader to guide developers, engineering managers, and the DevOps team. The successful candidate will join as CTO, managing projects, the platform, and the team, while making strategic technical decisions aligned with business needs.

Skills and experience required for this position:

1. Previous experience in technical and personnel management
2. Strong knowledge of a range of development languages, ideally PHP & Go
3. Understanding of DevOps tools and cybersecurity
4. Confidence in leading projects from a technical perspective
5. Excellent communication skills, fluent in English; German skills are a plus
