Engineering Manager - Authentication WMD

As an Engineering Manager, you will manage a team of seven expert Backend Software Engineers responsible for the Authentication Platform tools.

You will :

1. Motivate, coach, and manage a cross-country team of expert Backend Software Engineers.
2. Plan, prioritize, and implement your product roadmap in collaboration with Product Managers and stakeholders.
3. Foster the adoption of key engineering best practices to improve the quality and reliability of the team's deliverables.

To thrive in a technical environment :

• Languages : Typescript
• Knowledge of authentication systems
• Infrastructure as Code tools: Terraform, CloudFormation

Qualifications :

• You have previous experience managing a team of technical experts.
• You have significant experience in authentication-related topics.
• You demonstrate leadership based on trust and the success of your team. You are a good communicator and a team player.
• You have the ability to adapt to the most effective technologies to solve problems.
