Job Description:

What you'll do

• Contribute to shaping Adhesive Technologies’ sustainability strategy by integrating data-driven measurement concepts, focusing on sustainability measurement, data analysis, modeling, and Life Cycle Assessment.
• Develop a holistic transparency concept for sustainability at the product and portfolio level along the value chain and within business steering.
• Support the design of business intelligence tools for collecting key data points and KPIs.
• Drive portfolio transformation by advancing methodologies to assess contribution to sustainability considering market needs, impact assessments, and regulations like EU Taxonomy & CSRD.
• Provide expertise on CO2 accounting, value chain savings levers, and alternative feedstocks.
• Represent Henkel externally at industry initiatives, with customers, and internally to enhance sustainability expertise and reputation.

What makes you a good fit

• Master's degree in environmental science, chemistry, engineering, computer science, or related field.
• 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in sustainability projects.
• Experience with life cycle assessments, reporting standards, and LCA software (e.g., GaBi, OpenLCA, Brightway) is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Python programming, data analytics, mathematical modeling, and database systems is a plus.
• Strategic, analytical, data-oriented individual passionate about driving change and challenging the status quo.
