Role and Responsibilities

  • Support in ensuring manufacturing processes in the assigned area
  • Analyze manufacturing problems using quality tools and develop and implement sustainable solutions
  • Identify, realize, or propose optimization of manufacturing parameters/tools
  • Continuously secure and optimize manufacturing quality considering economic guidelines
  • Assist in introducing new procedures and integrating them into serial production
  • Create and maintain process documentation
  • Supervise external suppliers regarding manufacturing processes
  • Conduct training sessions

Education and Experience

  • Completed apprenticeship as a process mechanic with further qualification as master or technician
  • Fundamental knowledge and extensive experience in injection molding tools
  • Knowledge of process analysis/design methods is desirable
  • Analytical and systematic working style
  • Technical foresight and interest in innovations
  • Proficient with MS Office and SAP
  • Good command of English
