Our Team

Our company forms a future-oriented and innovative team in the area of quality management and assurance that constantly adapts to changing requirements and strives for new solutions. The quality team currently consists of 10 colleagues and is divided into the areas of quality assurance and quality management.

What You Will Do

• Creation of technical documentation (work instructions, test instructions, error catalogs, ...) for existing processes and new process development
• Creation of test reports, measurement reports and test reports including measurements and product release, product monitoring
• Defect evaluation, error listing and control of defective products
• Conducting training courses
• Advanced quality planning (APQP)
• Participation in processing customer complaints
• Efficiency-oriented test planning

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Technical training (ideally as a quality specialist or measurement technician) or technical studies
• Analytical thinking and independent working style
• Safe use of Q methods and Q tools
• Confident use of Microsoft 365, especially MS Excel
• High commitment and willingness to learn
• Fluent German and English skills as well as high communication skills for working with internal and external partners
