IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility

• Consulting and support: You will advise our discerning customers and work with them to find optimal, future-proof IT solutions.
• System integration and maintenance: You use your expertise to plan, install and maintain our complex server landscapes and clients.
• Network management: You set up and develop networks - whether on-premise or in the cloud.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration: In close collaboration with our developers, consultants and sales, you will realize exciting projects and share your ideas.
• Technological innovation: You enjoy discovering new technologies and playing an active role in the further development of our IT security and infrastructure.

Your profile

• Professional qualification: At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in IT administration.
• Technical expertise: You are very familiar with Windows Server (2019/2022/2025) and Windows clients, as well as Microsoft 365 and managed networks (routers, firewalls, switches).
• Analytical thinking: understanding complex IT structures and developing tailor-made solutions is part of your daily routine.
• Strong communication skills: you communicate technical issues clearly and precisely - and at eye level.
• Team orientation and self-reflection: You work independently, value professional exchange and are always willing to learn.
