We are currently looking for a highly motivated Marketing Programs Coordinator (M/F/D) to join our Marketing team in Munich. If you want to be part of our growing company driven by innovation and focused on building a future together with our employees, consider applying.

The Marketing Programs Coordinator is responsible to coordinate and support the organization of tradeshows, conferences and self-created customer events in all regions. This position requires the ability to independently manage projects.

Principle duties and essential functions

Planning, organization and coordination of self-created events and tradeshows

Coordinate speaking slots at industry conferences

Coordinate the shipping and receiving of event booth(s), display units, collateral, and promotional items in highly time-sensitive and deadline driven situations

Travel and support events onsite as needed

Correspondence with external exhibit house to organize event orders

Support the Senior Marketing Programs Manager Global in the organization and follow up on large scale Adtran own events

Organize and attend event planning calls and take notes to distribute to the core planning team

Assist in researching yearly calendar of events and updating event specific details on the shared server site (SharePoint)

Assist in marketing campaigns and lead distribution in Salesforce

Maintain event related expenses while being budget-conscious and submit invoices for payment in a timely manner

Research and presentation on assigned topics from Senior Global Marketing Programs Manager

Knowledge, skills and experience required

University degree in the field of economics or similar

Basic knowledge of B2B marketing and marketing communication

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong written and spoken English and German language, other additional language(s) a plus

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent organizational skills

Advanced knowledge of MS Office

Experience with Cvent is a plus

Willing to travel
