What you'll do

• As an integral part of our Security Awareness team, you will support the continuous improvement of the Information Security Awareness program.
• You will work with subject matter experts to design and implement activities that sustainably strengthen our Security Culture across the entire Knauf Group - these activities include the education and training of employees as well as communication or events.
• To make the impact of our program tangible, you will further develop and maintain the reporting of our awareness initiatives.
• You will act as a first point of contact for our business and stakeholders when it comes to Security Awareness.
• You will respond to general enquiries or work cross-functionally with other teams to provide guidance.

Who you are

• Ideally, you bring initial experience or a degree in a relevant field such as Communications, Education, IT, or Information Security.
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking are part of your skill set, enabling you to assess and enhance the effectiveness of programs.
• Working in an international IT environment excites you, and you are eager to expand your knowledge in the field of Information Security.
• Your ability to communicate clearly and write effectively allows you to create professional and engaging content, even on short notice; fluency in English is essential, and German skills would be a valuable addition.
• Building positive collaborations with stakeholders is important to you, and you excel at translating technical topics into language that resonates with business audiences.
