DO-178 Software Developer - (m / f / d)

For our aerospace projects in Bayern, our teams are actively looking for DO- Software Developers (M / W / D). The position is to be filled as soon as possible.

Your tasks will be the following:

1. Participate in the development of software for embedded systems for aviation applications.
2. Implement technical requirements and detailed specifications for optimal use of hardware architecture, assemblies, and microcontroller systems.
3. Program, commission, and test board support packages for electronic control units.
4. Coordinate the content and scheduling of tasks with the necessary departments.
5. Conduct software reviews for requirements analysis and software design.
6. Evaluate, document, and communicate the results of the verification process.
7. Actively participate in the further development of products and support project work in interdisciplinary teams.

Requirements:

• Successfully completed studies in computer science, electrical engineering, electronics, or a similar qualification.
• Proven experience in programming embedded systems and independently implementing technical requirements.
• Experience with model-based software engineering methods and tools.
• Good knowledge of hardware-related C programming and microcontroller programming.
• Knowledge of software development for aviation applications (DO-) is desirable.
• Proven experience with Python.
• Experience with IBM DOORS.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Analytical and structured working approach.
• Ability to work in a team.
