Position Details

We are seeking a Marketing Manager (m/w/d) - Campaign Focus for one of our locations in Berlin, Bonn, Hamburg, Köln, Kranzberg near Munich, or Münster. This role is a fixed-term position for 2 years, starting as a parental leave cover.

Responsibilities & Tasks

1. Develop comprehensive B2B marketing concepts for Germany and Switzerland.
2. Manage lead generation projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution of campaigns such as webinars and events.
3. Collaborate with Esri International, German product and sales teams, and strategic partners on marketing mix, market, and competitive analysis.
4. Create innovative content formats, campaign messages, and assets to position the Esri brand and portfolio, working with the marketing team and external agencies.
5. Use reporting tools to assess campaign effectiveness and implement necessary optimizations.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or Communications, or comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in companies or agencies, preferably in B2B IT markets.
• Experience in leading marketing projects, responsible, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Structured, analytical approach with strong communication skills to present strategies convincingly.
• Understanding of complex contexts, creativity, digital competence, and language skills in German and English; French is a plus.
