We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter Treasury Manager in the Finance department to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. In this role, you will be actively involved in asset sourcing, analysis, settlement, and ongoing monitoring and reporting processes. You will also play a key role in building and developing the treasury function from the ground up, including establishing new processes, policies, and strategies to ensure optimal cash flow management and risk mitigation as we scale.

Additionally, you will manage our securitized assets and serve as the primary contact for external investors and stakeholders.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

  1. Manage daily cash flow to ensure liquidity and efficient use of funds.
  2. Develop and execute strategies to optimize cash management processes and working capital utilization, enhancing overall financial efficiency.
  3. Centralize payments and support the transformation from a localized to a centralized treasury approach.
  4. Manage factoring and reverse factoring processes to optimize working capital and improve cash flow.
  5. Oversee the cash pool and manage the integration of European Surface Transport into the cash pool system.
  6. Oversee short-term and long-term financing activities, including debt management and funding strategies to meet operational and strategic needs.
  7. Monitor and manage banking relationships, negotiating fees, terms, and services.
  8. Conduct detailed cash flow forecasting and scenario analysis to support budgeting and financial planning.
  9. Collaborate with internal teams to analyze financial risks and implement hedging strategies.
  10. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to treasury functions.
  11. Lead the implementation and integration of treasury management software, working closely with stakeholders and external consultants.
  12. Prepare and deliver in-depth reports on cash positions, liquidity ratios, and financial risks, providing insights to senior management for decision-making.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  1. Fluency in English.
  2. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or equivalent.
  3. At least 4 years of experience in banking, treasury, or investment management, focusing on cash, working capital, liquidity, and asset & liability management.
  4. Advanced Excel modeling skills, including financial modeling, data analysis, and forecasting.
  5. Experience leading scenario planning exercises to forecast economic, market, and regulatory changes, developing proactive strategies.
  6. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work accurately under tight deadlines and high-pressure environments.
  7. Strong adaptability in dynamic, unstructured, and fast-changing environments, with quick assessment and decision-making skills.
  8. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  9. Experience with ERP and finance systems (e.g., Netsuite, SAP, Oracle, Workday) and an interest in automation and AI.
