Responsible for the co-planning with and management of portfolio of IT projects through entire life cycle, resulting in predictable outcomes
Tracks with the different activities in design, planning, management, implementation, and delivery of technology solutions on time and within obsolescence scope
Primary activities include project management, internal and external communications, project cost management, and interfacing with internal technical project teams
Ensures effective management throughout Programme lifecycle
Project Planning development and management to a defined Project Plan with Gantt Chart
Scope Management: Ensures planning and execution of tasks, activities, and deliverables
Risk/Issue Management: Identifies and documents risks with continuous risk management protocols
Communications Management: Responsible for communication plan with project meetings, status reporting, escalation management, etc, to the project team
Quality Management: Ensures Deliverables are provisioned, substantiated, and validated, in accordance with the terms of the Software Development Life Cycle, documenting and sharing lessons learned to support continuous process improvement
Successfully completed university degree in computer science, information systems or alternatively a solid education and relevant experience
Deep understanding of project management methodologies, practices, tools, and techniques
Experience in project planning, execution, controlling, and closing activities in accordance with PMI Project Management Methodology
5+ years of enterprise-level project management experience, managing complex Information Technology projects for Infrastructure, Data Center, and Software development
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Project or similar
Project Management Professional (PMP) strongly preferred
CAPM, ITIL, CSM and/or technical certifications are beneficial
Fluent in English, German and Spanish are an asset
