Role Overview
We are seeking a Partnership Manager to develop and expand our partner ecosystem, focusing on agency and technology/integration partners. The role involves driving revenue through strategic collaborations and scalable programs.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow agency and tech/integration partnership programs.
- Identify, pitch, and close new partners aligned with our strategy.
- Onboard partners and support their success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.
- Set KPIs, monitor performance, and optimize partnership initiatives.
- Represent Softr at industry events and meetings.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in partnerships, GTM, or business development, preferably in a tech startup or agency environment.
- Proven ability to source and grow revenue through partnerships.
- Strong understanding of SaaS/tech and agency business models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship skills.
- Proactive, outcome-focused, and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Technical fluency in no-code tools; experience with Softr is a plus.
