We’re looking for a curious, motivated, and detail-oriented Finance & Risk Analyst to join our collaborative Finance & Risk team.

In this role, you’ll gain broad exposure to financial operations, credit risk management, and strategic finance projects. If you love translating numbers into clear insights, are excited about new technology, and thrive in a supportive, fast-paced environment, you’ll feel right at home with us.

What You’ll Do

1. Financial planning and Strategic analysis: Maintain and enhance financial models to support strategic business planning, budgeting, and project acquisitions, providing clear, actionable insights for growth. Develop compelling investor materials and participate in discussions with current and potential partners, integrating commercial, operational, and financial perspectives to execute our company's strategic vision.
2. Credit & Risk Management: Contribute to credit assessments, portfolio monitoring, and delinquency/default rates. Help refine internal risk metrics and perform risk assessments of Individuals, Counterparties, and Portfolios.
3. Project Finance: Assist in preparing essential documents for funding rounds, loan drawdowns, and bank updates. Get involved in the financial side of new deals and acquisitions.
4. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare financial reports, track budget vs. actuals, and help turn data into decision-ready insights for leadership.
5. Process & Tech Innovation: Identify opportunities for automation and improvement, leveraging new technologies, including AI, to help our team work smarter.
6. Team Cooperation & Support: Collaborate on finance tasks like invoice reviews, supplier onboarding, and monthly closings to enhance forecasting and budgeting accuracy.

What You Bring

We’re looking for potential, drive, curiosity, and a willingness to grow. You might be a great fit if you:

• Are naturally curious, thoughtful, and can break down complex ideas into clear insights
• Bring an analytical mindset and love solving problems using data
• Feel confident working in Excel with a strong eye for detail and accuracy
• Communicate clearly and work well both independently and in a team
• Have hands-on experience in finance, accounting, or risk — from work, study, or internships
• Are familiar with tools like Datev, Diamant, or programming languages like Python, SAS, or R — a plus but not required
• Studied Finance, Economics, Math, Science, or a related field — or gained equivalent experience
• Speak fluent English and German
