Type : Full-time (Fully Remote within Germany)

LikeMind are partnering with a Microsoft Gold Partner that’s entering an exciting phase of growth, aiming to expand fivefold and move into the US and UK markets after more than a decade of success in Germany. As a Business Central Developer , you’ll be at the heart of this journey, building and customising ERP solutions that drive real business value. You’ll work closely with consultants and clients to bring ideas to life through clean, scalable code — helping shape the technical foundation for future growth.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Developing, customising, and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central using AL and C / AL
  • Collaborating with consultants to understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Participating in full implementation cycles, including requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
  • Supporting system integration with third-party tools and APIs
  • Maintaining and optimising existing codebases to improve performance and reliability
  • Participating in code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices and development standards
  • Working closely with QA teams to conduct unit and integration testing
  • Staying current with Microsoft updates and advising the team on new features, capabilities, and development approaches
  • Contributing to internal development tools and frameworks that enhance productivity
  • Sharing knowledge and mentoring junior developers within the team

What They're Looking For

  • Solid experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central development, including AL and C / AL
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI / CD pipelines (experience with Azure DevOps is a plus)
  • A background in ERP systems, preferably in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, food production , or retail sectors
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented, structured approach
  • Ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams
  • Excellent German language skills and good English proficiency
