About your team :

In this role you will be part of a team, and specifically responsible for the whole IT vendor relationship of the FFB. You will work closely with the central outsourcing management of the FFB.

In addition to maintaining and updating existing business relationships, you will also be responsible for preparing the necessary documents for new business relationships and obtaining the required approvals from the various departments involved. Your field of activity also includes the preparation and distribution of reports on a regular basis (quarterly/annually).

The tasks of the supplier manager also include direct contact with the key account manager of our suppliers. Another area of activity in supplier management is the cooperation with the finance team. This involves the creation of purchase orders for orders, as well as the provision of incoming invoices for the payment release of the responsible parties.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Creation and regular revision of materiality assessments with the business departments
  • Preparation of Protection requirements analyses (Schutzbedarfsanalysen) in close collaboration with the ISO dpt
  • Maintaining the supplier database
  • Conducting risk workshops with the business
  • Management of external security reviews
  • Creation of regulatory reports
  • Control and distribution SLA reporting of the Vendors
  • Raising purchase orders for new orders
  • Regulatory contract review

About you :

  • Have in depth knowledge of Germany and international financial service regulation (e.g. MaRisk,BAIT,DORA,…)
  • Very good analytical and problem resolution skills
  • Strong team player
  • Skills of standard Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to communicate effectively in German and English language (both written and oral)
  • Approachable and flexible, open, trustworthy and innovative
  • Passion to learn and continuously grow
