• Supporting and advising our clients on HCM standard applications, developing concepts with our consultants and implementation
• Drafting, designing and implementing client-specific applications and extensions
• Quality assurance, extension and optimisation of existing HCM applications.

• Ability to familiarise yourself quickly with the SAP HCM environment and the software
• An understanding of time management schemes and rules
• High level of commitment and team focus
• Conversational German and preferably good English skills.
