What does the HSO Academy offer?
Core to HSO Academy is being a central global hub of training, resources, & learning. The most famous part of HSO Academy is the HSO Masterclass, with more than 450 employees at HSO having experienced the Masterclass. However, there are far more learning & development programs and continued professional development initiatives beyond this with multiple local initiatives that are leveraged globally.
To support you in your ongoing personal and professional development, HSO Academy is designed to develop you in the key technical and consulting competencies required in your career, alongside soft skills development, and behavioural competencies.
The HSO Masterclass is an intensive, five-week Learning and Experiential Development program for those who have recently graduated and have chosen to kickstart their career in the consulting field.
The Masterclass is fully endorsed with Microsoft Certification following completion. Once you have completed the HSO Masterclass you will start working immediately with client teams and be mentored by experienced consultants.
The Professional Development Program incorporates the HSO Masterclass but is structured as a two-year program for graduates. Following the HSO Masterclass you will continue to receive monthly training and quarterly team building activities throughout the program.
Next to the Graduate Masterclass, HSO Academy offers professional masterclasses: this is a tailored multi-week program meeting the needs of more experienced people joining HSO. Cross-skilling and upskilling are at the core of the professional masterclass: no matter if you are new to the Microsoft ecosystem or new to consulting, HSO Academy will deliver the training that is needed to become a successful consultant at HSO.
As a global company, HSO local knowledge acceleration initiatives may vary, but every country is encouraged to leverage local initiatives globally. Facilitating early adoption of the latest technological advances and providing continued training of new skills ensuring all talent at HSO is prepared for upcoming required capabilities in a rapidly changing landscape.
