Fullstack JavaScript Engineer | Next.js + Nest.js | Fast-Moving AI Startup

Tasks

The Role

You’ll work end-to-end across our stack:

• Frontend: Next.js, TailwindCSS
• Backend: Nest.js, PostgreSQL
• Infrastructure: Vercel (for frontend), AWS (Lambdas, Batch queues for backend jobs)

You'll ship real features directly to production, touching everything from database migrations to frontend UI polish. If something’s broken, you’ll fix it. If something’s missing, you’ll build it.

Requirements

You Might Be a Fit If You:

• Have 2+ years fullstack experience (stronger if you've shipped real products)
• Are comfortable moving across frontend, backend, and basic infrastructure
• Care about velocity and quality (in that order — we ship fast, but responsibly)
• Love working in Next.js + Tailwind for frontend work
• Have used Nest.js (or other structured Node.js backends like Express, Koa, Fastify)
• Can write clean SQL and are happy operating a Postgres DB
• Have some basic AWS exposure (Lambdas, queues, serverless patterns)

Bonus points if you:

• Have worked in a startup or other small, fast-moving product team before
• Have developed AI features before
