Information Technology Support Specialist

THRYVE is hiring on behalf of our client, a leading international robotics company, for an enthusiastic IT Support Specialist to join their growing team in Stuttgart.

What you’ll do :

• Respond to internal support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system.
• Install and manage user hardware, including relocations and setup.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement of IT support processes.
• Post-onboarding, take on support of ERP and PDM systems including patch testing and liaising with external vendors.

What you bring :

• Completed training or education in IT or a related field.
• Structured, self-driven working style with high motivation.
• Good communicator and strong team player.
• Initial experience with SQL databases, virtualisation, and server systems.
• English skills, German is a plus
