Job Description

• Responsibilities:

As part of our Transaction Strategy & Execution teams in Berlin, Hamburg, Stuttgart, Frankfurt/Main, Düsseldorf, or Munich, you will support companies through acquisition or divestment processes, leveraging sectoral and functional expertise. Your tasks include:

• Project management and coordination of strategy and transaction advisory assignments
• Fostering team development and motivating collaboration
• Developing integration and carve-out strategies, detailed plans, and implementation concepts
• Analyzing cost structures and devising cost reduction and performance enhancement programs
• Supporting the transaction lifecycle from target definition, partner outreach, due diligence, negotiations, to closing and implementation

Qualifications

• At least five years of professional experience in corporate or strategy consulting, restructuring, M&A, or transformation of corporate functions
• Degree in Economics or Engineering (Master's or PhD preferred), or a related field with strong interest in transaction advisory
• Analytical skills, quick comprehension, and precise work style
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Empathy, goal orientation, and entrepreneurial thinking
