Responsibilities:

1. Explore the field of Automation/Industry 4.0 for manufacturing.
2. Serve as an expert in Automation/Industry 4.0, including building and developing expertise.
3. Establish and manage networks within and outside the group.
4. Provide technical advice to the Freudenberg Technology Innovation management team.

Qualifications:

1. Successfully completed technical or scientific studies or a comparable qualification.
2. Proven expertise in automation/Industry 4.0 for manufacturing through projects, publications, or lectures.
3. Excellent knowledge of cloud computing, data processing, programming, and AI, including implementations related to automation/Industry 4.0.
4. Familiarity with current and future issues relevant to the professional community within and outside the Freudenberg Group in the region.
5. Customer-oriented approach.
6. Proficiency in German and English.
