Position Details
We are part of the ROCKWOOL Group, with four plants and around 1,300 employees in Germany, offering advanced insulation systems for buildings. We are seeking to strengthen our team in the Baden-Württemberg region.
Responsibilities
- Develop a support structure for concrete roof-related processors and promote our ROCKWOOL flat roof products
- Acquire new customers focusing on concrete roofing
- Provide technical advice and product demonstrations to target groups
- Negotiate prices and secure projects
- Conduct training sessions to introduce our product range and increase brand awareness
- Gather market information and analyze potential
- Handle complaints according to current guidelines
- Collaborate closely with Inside Sales / Presales departments
Qualifications
- Completed training in a building trade, ideally roofer, or a commercial qualification with strong technical knowledge of construction
- Several years of sales experience and industry knowledge
- Negotiation skills and a service-oriented approach
- Good command of English, both spoken and written
- Residence in the sales area and high willingness to travel
