Team

The Onboarding Team is part of the Business Development department, responsible for generating new business and revenue growth, significantly impacting the company's success.

The team guides new partner Banks through the final steps of the sales process and manages all aspects of their onboarding to our platform, including contractual, commercial, operational, reporting, and technical tasks.

As a key contact point for new partner Banks, we bridge the gap between their requirements and our internal setup or other teams (Legal, Operations, Product/Engineers) to ensure successful implementation.

Our diverse, international team will train you on our tools and help you develop or acquire the necessary skills.

Tech Stack

Your Responsibilities

  • Act as a consultant to the bank, understanding their internal systems and requirements, and develop solutions collaboratively around onboarding.
  • Represent Raisin as the main contact during the final stages of sales and onboarding, coordinating with the Business Development Director and system setup team.
  • Challenge existing processes where appropriate and manage resources effectively—identify, mobilize, and deliver solutions, resources, people, and ideas across the organization.
  • Develop, prepare, and improve onboarding, sales, and workshop materials and documentation, and scale these across the organization.

Your Profile

  • Extensive experience in Business Development, Project, and/or Program Management.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word; Jira and Confluence are a plus.
  • Full professional fluency in English and French; German or other European languages are advantageous.
  • At least 6 years of experience in consulting, FinTech, banking, or finance-related companies, or B2B software companies.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, economics, legal, computer science, engineering, or relevant disciplines.
