Patent Attorney

Alpinum Solutions is a leading provider of managed legal services in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein. For our latest mandate, we are seeking an exceptional talent in the following field:

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end patent prosecution, including drafting, filing, and responding to office actions in collaboration with external law firms
• Manage a portfolio of IP cases, ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-effective outcomes
• Support invention disclosure processes and help identify and assess new IP opportunities
• Align patent filings with the company's product and technology roadmap
• Coordinate with external counsel, overseeing legal and technical quality, timelines, and costs
• Monitor competitor patents and contribute to global IP risk management and strategy

Experience & Qualifications:

• Fluency in English
• Qualified European Patent Attorney with 5+ years’ experience in electrical and mechanical patents
• Completed degree in electrical engineering, physics, or mechanical engineering
• Proven expertise in managing patent prosecution and IP cases in law firm or industry settings
