At TechBiz Global, we provide recruitment services to our top clients. We are currently seeking a Media Buyer to join one of our clients' teams. If you're looking for an exciting opportunity to grow in an innovative environment, this could be the perfect fit for you.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Campaign Ownership and Scaling: Own strategy and performance across multiple paid channels, initially managing one or two, then expanding scope. Guide UA operations, build scalable acquisition funnels, run high-velocity testing, contribute to channel strategy, and collaborate on quarterly goals.
  2. Performance Analysis and Strategy: Monitor daily performance using tools like Voluum, GA4, and dashboards. Analyze CPA, ROAS, retention, and cohort behavior. Build internal reporting frameworks.
  3. Creative & Funnel Optimization: Own creative briefing, collaborate on landing pages, implement testing systems, negotiate with traffic sources, explore new acquisition opportunities, and stay ahead of ecosystem changes.
  4. Automation & Scaling Systems: Streamline processes through automation, create SOPs, playbooks, and experiment pipelines.

Challenges You’ll Tackle

  • Scale user growth from 30M to 100M in 12 months, optimizing CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
  • Build and oversee a scalable creative engine.
  • Systematize landing page production.
  • Expand the acquisition mix by testing new channels.
  • Lay foundations for a high-performance UA team through leadership, hiring, onboarding, and mentoring.

Qualifications

  • 7–10 years of experience in user acquisition, performance marketing, or growth, focusing on paid traffic channels.
  • Proven track record of scaling campaigns with business impact.
  • Expertise in media buying operations, tracking setups, and attribution flows.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms like Voluum, GA4, and channels such as TrafficJunky, ExoClick, TrafficStars, Meta, TikTok, or Google.
  • Analytical mindset with decision-making skills, comfortable with dashboards and reports.
  • Strategic experience in building and scaling acquisition funnels.
  • Cross-functional leadership abilities.
  • Management experience is a plus but not mandatory.
