We are looking for a driven and innovative Product Manager to join our team in the Czech Republic, who has a passion for technology and a keen sense of market trends important to the IT Administrator. In this key position, you will be the driving force behind the development and implementation of our product strategies. You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to create outstanding solutions that deliver real value to our customers and impact their daily lives. YOUR TASKS

1. Lead one or more product areas to achieve our product strategy for monitoring solutions, including defining and adapting products to meet customer requirements in IT and OT monitoring, such as networking, servers, applications, and other infrastructure.
2. Understand and implement customer requirements by working closely with customers, sales, and support partners to translate needs into clear product requirements and roadmaps, serving a wide range of customers from SMB to Enterprise.
3. Coordinate cross-functional teams by working closely with user experience, design, development, sales, and marketing to ensure aligned and successful product delivery and go-to-market strategies.
4. Monitor market trends, new technologies, and competitors to help Paessler develop innovative features and identify unique capabilities, including integrations and partnerships.

YOUR PROFILE

1. 3+ years of experience managing and creating complex software solutions sold via B2B channels, including sales teams, partners, and product-led growth.
2. Technical understanding of network, server, or cloud infrastructure, protocols, and IT security, with an understanding of observability.
3. Methodical knowledge in prioritizing product development based on demand, impact, growth, and technical feasibility; familiar with project management and agile methodologies.
4. Customer and user-centric thinking, with a structured approach to problem-solving using methodologies or frameworks.
5. Strong analytical skills, ability to understand technical issues, develop innovative solutions, and incorporate them into product roadmaps.
6. Entrepreneurial mindset with business skills to ensure cost-effective product development that meets revenue expectations, with a sense of ownership.
7. Excellent communication skills in English, conveying technical details and translating customer needs into technical solutions.
8. Experience dealing with demanding customers requiring high standards of reliability, scalability, and security.
9. Competence in strategic portfolio and lifecycle management.
10. Experience with pricing and packaging, especially consumption-based models in hybrid SaaS deployments, is a plus.
11. Understanding of IT and OT is advantageous.
12. Willingness to travel, including regular trips to Nuremberg, Germany.
