Senior Sales & Business Development Manager eMobility (f / m / d)

QULECTRA is the new brand and joint power of two market leaders in the eMobility field - Wieland Werke AG & Munich Electrification GmbH. Our intention is to build up a team which is composed of highly motivated, exceptional engineers focused on developing the best-in-class shunt-based sensors at the highest safety levels in a friendly and relaxed start-up work atmosphere in the heart of Munich.

Tasks

1. Business and customer acquisition starting from the beginning based on cold calls and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
2. Independent support of customers in all administrative and organizational aspects
3. Supporting to build up a sales structure and system for quotations
4. Development of sales strategies for new products, customers, and market fields
5. Calculation and preparation of complex offers as well as presentation and negotiation of the offers
6. Coordination of contracts with customers and legal department at Wieland & ME or external
7. Handling of customer inquiries regarding cost indications, as well as inquiries regarding technical and commercial aspects in coordination with development & production
8. Representation of QULECTRA at exhibitions and conferences

Requirements

1. University degree in the fields of international business management, industrial engineering, industrial economics, business development, or comparable activity with at least 5 years of professional experience
2. Ambition and open-mindedness, structured way of working, service mentality as well as flexible and open way of thinking and interest in technology
3. High customer orientation & strong communication and team skills
4. Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
5. Excellent skills in German and English, both written and spoken
6. High degree of independence, organizational skills, and willingness to travel
