Your Mission

We are looking for a dedicated (Senior) Financial Accountant (m/f/d)to take on the challenge of optimising RobCo's financial processes and supporting our company as the leading provider of automation solutions in the SME sector in Europe.

With over €50 million in funding from renowned VCs such as Sequoia Capital and Lightspeed, as well as the founders of UiPath, Helsing, Pitch and more, we are ideally positioned to realise our vision - and we need the best talent to make it happen.

  • Review, post and process daily transactions to ensure accurate recording
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
  • Process bank and payment transactions, including cash flow monitoring
  • Management of accounts payable and accounts receivable, including timely processing
  • Compliance with tax regulations and preparation of tax returns with external partners
  • Participation in tax audits and collaboration with external tax advisors
  • Contribution to digitalisation projects and further development of the ERP system
  • Support with the introduction of new financial software
  • Support with ad-hoc financial analyses, reporting and company expansion projects
  • Collaboration in corporate planning and management

Your Profile

  • Completed commercial training or studies in business administration, finance, accounting or comparable qualification
  • Initial accounting experience, ideally in a fast-growing or international environment
  • Knowledge of HGB accounting principles (knowledge of IFRS is an advantage)
  • Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance in Germany
  • Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Team player, strong communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
