As a Learning & Development (L&D) Partner (m/f/d) you will collaborate closely with business leaders and HR colleagues to design, deliver, and evaluate learning and development programs that drive employee performance and support the company’s strategic goals. The L&D Partner plays a key role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development, ensuring that all training initiatives align with organizational needs and enhance employee capabilities.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Deliver FutureReady Skills development program: Design and implement a dynamic capability-building program to equip employees with critical future skills
• Engagement survey: Manage end-to-end delivery of engagement surveys, analyze results, and work with stakeholders to drive action plans that improve workplace culture.
• Develop & Embed a Team Development Framework: Build and roll out a framework that supports high-performing, collaborative teams across the organization.
• Drive L&D Change & Transformation Programs: Lead initiatives that align learning strategies with evolving business needs and support large-scale organizational transformation.
• Shape Performance Management Strategy: Reimagine performance management processes to enhance individual accountability, feedback culture, and business outcomes.
• Implement a Talent Review Framework: Design and implement a structured, data-driven talent review process to support succession planning and leadership development.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Bachelor's degree or similar qualification
• Professional certification in Learning & Development is a plus
• Experience in learning and development, training, Talent Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs.
• Strong understanding of talent development best practice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with employees at all levels. Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities
• Adaptable, agile and flexible
• Experience working with pan-European employees is high desirable
• Good language skills in German and English written and spoken
