Alpha Trains has owned and leased locomotives and passenger trains for almost 25 years. More than 150 employees of various nationalities are active across Europe. Our more than 1,000 locomotives and passenger trains are utilized in 22 European countries.

You will bring a breath of fresh air and creative ideas to our marketing team, especially in the event sector! With your keen sense for trends, people, and markets, you know what motivates your colleagues and customers. You will be able to put together (innovative) event concepts - all within the agreed budget. Whether internal or external, your projects will be impressive across the board.
What would keep you busy
- You will plan, manage, and support internal and external events – from Christmas parties to international trade fairs. This also includes budget planning, calculation, and follow-up work.
- At trade fairs and events, you will be our central point of contact on site – for hostesses, exhibitors, stand builders, and, of course, our guests.
- You will develop creative event concepts, select suitable locations, obtain quotes, present your ideas to management, and implement them independently.
- You will work with external partners and manage them.
- You will design and organize promotional items and giveaways for our internal and external target groups.
- Together with the marketing team, you will be responsible for our website and intranet, both in terms of content and design.
What you bring to our team
- Completed training or degree in event management or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience as an event manager – ideally with a view beyond event organisation
- Organizational talent, strong communication skills, and team spirit
- You have experience in dealing with external service providers and stakeholders
- Very good English skills
- Confident use of MS Office, Adobe Element or Photoshop and Brevo are no problem for you
- You think creatively, work reliably and are service-oriented – and keep track of things even in turbulent moments
