UNITY AG is looking for a Digital Engineering Consultant at all levels to join their team in Hamburg. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects at the forefront of digital transformation in product development.

What you will do:

• Shape the future of product development and digital ambitions for clients.
• Digitalize development processes using model-based methods, agile organizations, or integrated engineering IT landscapes with MBSE, PLM, CAx, ALM, or CAE.
• Ensure sustainable value contribution and meet Circular Economy requirements through optimal IT solutions and product data networking across the entire lifecycle and all development domains.
• Inspire clients with ideas to optimize complex product systems development.
• Train and advise clients, and coach teams in projects or through UNITYacademy trainings.
• Senior Level: Lead projects as a team leader of engineering experts in digitalization and transformation initiatives.

What you bring:

• Several years of practical experience in industry, project management, or consulting, with a technical degree.
• Understanding of complex systems and ability to design efficient processes.
• Knowledge in R&D, PL, Systems Engineering, Agile Development, and process design.
• Willingness to innovate and develop organizations and workflows.
• Excellent communication skills in German (C1) and English (B2).

Nice-to-have:

• Certifications or experience in PLM, Digital Twin, MBSE, SAFe, or similar.
• Knowledge of classic PLM topics and future trends.
