Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, and implement cutting-edge AI solutions to drive transformation at Merz
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and design tailored solutions
  • Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the AI competence center aligned with company goals
  • Stay updated on AI trends and advancements, assess their applicability, and provide technical guidance to the team
  • Ensure quality, accuracy, and effectiveness of AI processes through rigorous testing and validation
  • Work with external partners to meet organizational standards and requirements
  • Promote digital adoption through training, workshops, and change management activities

Qualifications:

  • Degree in (Business) Informatics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in consulting and implementing AI projects across various industries
  • Proven experience in developing and deploying AI solutions in a corporate environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and team spirit
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
  • Data-driven decision-making approach
  • Ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams
