At TechBiz Global, we provide recruitment services to our TOP clients. We are seeking a Head of Growth (User Acquisition) to join one of our clients' teams. If you're looking for an exciting opportunity to grow in an innovative environment, this could be the perfect fit for you.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Campaign Ownership and Scaling
    • Take full ownership of paid media campaigns across direct-buy and programmatic networks (e.g., Exoclick, TrafficStars), with potential to expand scope across new channels.
    • Build scalable acquisition funnels with aggressive growth targets — from media plan to execution and iteration.
    • Run high-velocity testing loops (creatives, audiences, placements) to optimize CAC and LTV.
  2. Performance Analysis and Strategy
    • Monitor performance daily using tools like Voluum, GA4, and internal dashboards.
    • Drive decision-making through deep analysis of CPA, ROAS, retention, and cohort behavior.
    • Build and maintain internal reporting frameworks to guide strategic and tactical decisions.
  3. Creative & Funnel Optimization
    • Own the creative briefing process: define hooks, formats, and angles based on performance patterns.
    • Collaborate with content and product teams to launch and iterate on high-converting landing pages.
    • Implement systems to reduce creative fatigue and increase testing speed.
    • Build relationships with traffic sources and negotiate deals.
    • Explore new acquisition opportunities and evaluate them internally.
    • Stay updated on ecosystem changes and adapt strategies accordingly.
  4. Automation, Scaling Systems & Team Building
    • Identify opportunities for automation and process streamlining.
    • Create SOPs, playbooks, and pipelines for efficient scaling.
    • Hire and manage a team of performance marketers once ROI is proven.
  5. Challenges You’ll Tackle
    • Grow the user base from 30M to 100M within 12 months, optimizing CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
    • Build a scalable creative engine and landing page system.
    • Identify, test, and scale new paid traffic sources.
    • Lead go-to-market strategies for new products.
    • Prove performance to earn leadership trust and build a team.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in growth marketing, user acquisition, or performance media.
  • Proven success in scaling campaigns with measurable business impact.
  • Deep knowledge of media buying mechanics and analytics tools.
  • Experience with Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Ability to lead creative strategy and manage campaigns hands-on.
  • Experience in direct-response marketing industries.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments with imperfect data.
  • Leadership experience or motivation to build a team.
  • Bonus: familiarity with compliance-sensitive traffic sources.
